Spicy Coating
mix for Pork |

4 thick, center
cut pork chops
1/4 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup potato flakes
1/4 cup Szeged Pork Rib Rub
To taste:
garlic powder
sage
salt
pepper

Mix together the potato flakes,
Szeged Pork Rib Rub,
garlic and salt & pepper in a plastic bag, such as a freezer storage
bag.

Brush the chops lightly with
oil, then drop one at a time into the bag with the seasonings and shake till
covered. Repeat with the remaining chops. |

|
|
Place on shallow
baking disk or cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
