Corn on the Cob
4 ears of corn 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Remove husks from corn and
wash. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Remove corn from
water andp at dry. Rub butter or margarine over corn, then
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place corn in Smoker Bag, seal, and
cook as directed in the chart.
