Smoker Bag Recipes |
Lamb Chops
6 - 8 lamb chops (1" - 1 1/2" thick)
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon Szeged
Hungarian Paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 green bell pepper cut in pieces
1 red bell pepper cut in pieces
1 yellow bell pepper cut in pieces
1 cups of broccoli heads
8 fresh asparagus spears (cut the hard part off)
12 small potatoes cut in pieces
14 baby carrots cut in pieces
small garlic cloves cut in half for taste
Mix together seasonings; rub over meat. Place meat in Smoker Bag, then
add the vegetables over and on the sides of the lamb chops, seal the bag
and cook 40 minutes on hot coals. Makes a meal for 4.
