- Cooking times are estimates;
adjust cooking time as needed for desired doneness
- A meat thermometer is the most
accurate method of checking for doneness, according to the USDA.
After allowing the bag to rest, carefully slit bag open and insert
meat thermometer. The following internal temperatures are
recommended:

- Never over fill Smoker Bag.
Place food in a single layer and do not crowd
- Never place Smoker Bag in
microwave oven
- Never re-use Smoker Bag
- This is not a cured product,
refrigeration of uneaten portion is necessary.
- For best results, let food adjust
to room temperature before placing in bag
