The
new Williams Spicy
Wings Caribbean Jerk Seasoning makes this dish taste
great, while an oven roasting bag makes this chicken moist and clean up
easy.
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 package (2.5 ounces) Williams Spicy Wings Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place oven bag in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add flour and shake to
distribute. Place chicken in oven bag. Add package of Williams Spicy
Wings Caribbean Jerk Seasoning. Seal top of bag by twisting and shake to
coat chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Squeeze bag to blend
ingredients. Arrange in a single layer.
Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 ½-inch slits in top of bag. Bake for 45
to 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender.
Makes 4 servings
Note: For a milder seasoning, season chicken with about ½ package of
Williams Spicy Wings Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Mix and reserve ½ for
another use. |
