Combine the marinade ingredients
(wine, Szeged Rub & Garlic) in a mixing bowl. Place the steaks in a large dish and add the marinade. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
Before grilling, remove the filets from the marinade and
pat dry. Grill over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes for medium-rare or about 7 minutes per side for medium. |
