3 lbs hamburger meat
1 Cup oatmeal
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbs Williams Spicy BBQ Wings Seasoning

Combine ingredients except for the topping. Form into balls and put in a greased casserole dish.
Topping Combine all ingredients stir till sugar is dissolved. Pour on top meatballs.  Bake at 350 for one hour.
